Tom Couldwell is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and management across various industries, including technology, media, and finance. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Scede since February 2022, Tom has previously held key roles as Talent Lead at Farewill and Trustpilot, and Staffing Manager at Scede. Additionally, Tom has extensive experience in talent acquisition from positions at Joyn GmbH, Arqiva, WilsonHCG, YouView TV Limited, Agilisys, and Real Staffing Group.
