Vincent Waters

Vincent Waters is currently the Director of Electrical Engineering at both SCEG and South Coast Engineering Group, where they manage the electrical engineering division of a multi-discipline MEP engineering firm. Prior to this, Vincent served as the President of Waters Engineering, Inc. from 1995 to 2013, and created the Electrical Engineering division at Teter Consultants during their tenure from 1995 to 1997. Vincent began their career as an Electrical Systems Designer and Estimator, gaining extensive experience in the design and estimation of electrical systems for various projects. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University-Fresno and an Associate of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Southwestern Technical Institute.
