Founded in 2013 by our Managing Director, Rob Pritchard, Scenariio is an innovation-focused, family-owned business known for thoughtful, high-quality delivery. Our work is built on the belief that technology performs best when it is properly integrated and designed to evolve.

We work with building owners, facilities and estates teams, and IT leaders across offices, industrial and infrastructure environments, education and the public sector. Our customers include organisations such as Severn Trent, Mondelez, Tarmac, LKAB, Carlsberg Group and Serco, alongside many others built on long-term, trusted relationships.

We have experience across all types of commercial buildings, from new developments to complex retrofit projects, including listed and heritage buildings, spanning individual sites and multi-location estates.

Our services are delivered as a connected set of smart building layers. At the foundation is robust cabling and connectivity, providing the backbone through structured cabling, fibre and in-building and external wireless.

On top of this, we integrate building intelligence, sensors and systems that generate reliable data and insight. This supports smarter decisions around energy use, space, performance and sustainability, brought together through Insiight, our building operating system and analytics platform.

At the user-facing level, we design technology that transforms the workplace experience. This includes audio visual systems, collaboration and booking solutions, and human-centric lighting that improve comfort, wellbeing and how people interact with their spaces.
