Minta Karlsson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Minta has worked as the Head of Customer Success at Scenario since February 2023. Prior to that, they were a Community Liaison at Archimedes Institute, where they focused on innovative AI creative tools. Minta also founded Promptcrafted, a company where they worked as a Founder. Minta served as the Chief Executive Officer at Needfire LLC, a brick and mortar esoteric apothecary business specializing in Nordic folk magic supplies. Additionally, Minta was the Owner of Kiss and Thimble, where they worked as a designer, writer, and illustrator. Minta has been self-employed as a blogger for Local Courage/Kiss and Thimble since April 2013, writing about the local food movement. Minta also owned and operated Milk Thistle Media, a social media services company for small businesses. Minta has worked as a blogger for Art of Tea and as a designer and account manager at Hedley & Bennett. Minta has also worked as an editor and freelance writer for Edible Seacoast, where they focused on showcasing the local, seasonal food of New Hampshire.

Minta Karlsson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Directing from Keene State College, where they studied from 2008 to 2011.
