Steven Smith

Steven Smith is an accomplished executive leader with over 20 years of experience in software, SaaS, and services delivery, currently serving as the Chief Product & Technology Officer at Scentia. They previously held the role of Chief Experience Officer at Scentia and have worked in key positions at the Australian Institute of Management and Adobe. With a strong foundation in product management, customer experience management, and cross-functional team leadership, they have successfully driven revenue and customer loyalty on a global scale. Steven holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng. Hons) from the University of Plymouth and has completed postgraduate units at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
