Maxime Cling

Maxime Cling is a consultant at SCET, specializing in tourism, culture, and heritage, with a focus on developing and promoting strategies for territorial attractiveness. Previous experience includes project management at PUCA/POPSU, where Maxime organized national forums and contributed to urban studies post-COVID. Maxime has also worked with the Conseil départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis, overseeing urban studies and managing partnerships with key stakeholders. Early career roles included communication and event organization with MIZIK KO! and X Connexion, alongside a brief experience at Le Cercle des économistes. Maxime holds a degree in International Expertise from Sciences Po Aix and a Master's degree in Altervilles from Sciences Po Lyon, complemented by international study experiences in Brazil and Lebanon.
