Thierry Lemant

Thierry Lemant is the Responsable de l'information et de l'animation at SCET (Services Conseil Expertises et Territoires), where they have been since 2004. In this role, they lead a network of 350 local public enterprises and social landlords, focusing on knowledge sharing and promoting national employment opportunities. Previously, between 1994 and 2004, they served as Responsable de l'information et de la veille technologique at Veolia, managing a team and facilitating scientific communication. Thierry holds a Mastère in Management de l'information stratégique from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DEA in Chimie-Environnement from Université Paris Diderot, along with a Master 2 in Communication des collectivités from CELSA.
