Ben Johnson

Ben Johnson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as General Counsel at Sceye. They previously held the position of Senior Counsel for M&A, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability at Wesco and were Head of Government Contracts & Compliance for WESCO International. Prior to that, Ben worked as Associate Counsel focusing on Commercial Contracts and Negotiations at WESCO Distribution and as an Associate in Capital Markets at Linklaters. They also contributed as Editor-in-Chief for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law and volunteered with the Peace Corps. Ben's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and an M.A. in International Studies and Global Management from The Lauder Institute.
