Ivan Koutsarov

Ivan Koutsarov is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Sceye, a company focused on high-altitude long-endurance flight technology aimed at enhancing connectivity and monitoring climate change. Prior to this role, Koutsarov held significant positions at Voyager Space as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, and at J.P. Morgan as Vice President in Diversified Industrials. A strong background in M&A and restructuring was developed during tenure at Greenhill & Co., alongside experience as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at Lazard. Earlier career stages include consultancy roles at Mars & Co. and IHS Global Insight, complemented by an educational foundation consisting of an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, both obtained in 2016, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania awarded in 2008.
