Robert Sachs

Robert Sachs is currently serving as Counsel for Sceye and previously held the role of In-House Counsel at Spaceport America, where they navigated complex legal frameworks related to regulatory, environmental, and corporate governance. They have experience as General Counsel for the Cannabis Control Division in New Mexico, where they drafted state regulations and provided counsel on cannabis regulation. Prior to that, Robert worked as a Small Business Consultant for the Latino Economic Development Center, assisting Latino immigrant entrepreneurs. They obtained their Doctor of Law degree from UCLA School of Law and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business.
