Bashayer AlYousefi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Bashayer began their career in 2009 as an Information Technology and Communication Technician at Obeikan Education. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining IT equipment and preventing unauthorized use. From 2009 to 2011, they also worked as an Information Technology and Computer Science Educator at Madaris Dar AlUlum, where they taught computer curriculum, prepared computer labs, and maintained equipment.

In 2011, Bashayer AlYousefi joined King Khalid University Hospital as an E-learning Specialist, where they worked until 2017. Their responsibilities included managing e-learning initiatives and supporting users.

From 2015 to 2017, Bashayer AlYousefi worked at King Saud University as a Project Manager. Bashayer was involved in reviving the Learning Management System in the College of Medicine, providing training, support, and administration for Blackboard LMS users. Bashayer also served as a Teaching Assistant during this time.

In 2017, Bashayer AlYousefi joined the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as the Head of eLearning Section. Bashayer later transitioned into the role of Digital Learning Director and also worked as the Change Management Lead for Digital Transformation Projects. Bashayer is currently serving as the Capability Development-Acting Director at SCFHS.

Bashayer AlYousefi received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Education from King Saud University in 2008.
