Bassel Elfokery is currently an anesthesia consultant with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and has previously served as an anesthesia registrar and senior registrar at King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital from 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, Bassel was an assistant lecturer at the National Cancer Institute from 2013 to 2017. They earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Anesthesia and Pain Management from the National Cancer Institute at Cairo University between 2014 and 2018.
