Stan Mastil

Stan Mastil is a Principal at SC&H and serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. They previously held the position of Senior Director at Gavin/Solmonese LLC from 2012 to 2023, where they provided financial advisory services to various stakeholders. Prior to that, Stan was a Senior Manager at Fesnak and Associates, LLP from 2011 to 2012, supporting a range of clients in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Practice. They also have extensive leadership experience, having served as Principal at both a Delaware restructuring firm and Miller Coffey Tate LLP. Stan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Penn State University between 1991 and 1996.
