Karlin Gill

Karlin Gill, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications at the South Carolina Hospital Association, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Karlin accumulated extensive experience in marketing and communications at MUSC Health from April 2016 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing marketing projects, public relations, and community engagement while collaborating with local hospital teams. Earlier experience includes serving as a Health Resource Coordinator at Providence Health SC and various roles at SC Heart Center, where foundational skills in marketing project development and operational support were established. Academically, Karlin holds an MBA from the University of South Carolina Aiken and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Governors University. Additional training includes coursework in public speaking.
