Ingrid Schipper

Ingrid Schipper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search and communication strategies. Currently serving as Managing Partner at SchaalX since January 2005, Ingrid oversees efficient and quality-driven recruitment processes and leads the SchaalX team while maintaining relationships with clients and candidates. Prior experience includes the role of Manager Advertising and Media at Groupe PSA, where Ingrid developed strategic communication plans, and as Head of Communication at Citroën Netherlands, where Ingrid crafted commercial communication policies to enhance marketing strategies.
