Matthew Sam has over 29 years of experience in the refractory and steel industries, holding various management and technical roles. Currently serving as the Regional Business Manager at Schad Refractory since April 2015, Matthew previously worked as a Project Manager at J.T. Thorpe & Son, Inc. and Selinsky Force LLC. Additionally, Matthew has a solid background in sales and service with RHI AG and specialty steel marketing at ANH Refractories. This extensive experience has equipped Matthew with a strong skill set in project management and business development.
