Michael Ciprian is a seasoned Principal and Senior Project Manager at Schaefer, with a tenure beginning in January 1991. Michael specializes in structural design for a diverse range of building types, including commercial, educational, industrial, religious, and residential structures, with particular expertise in amusement park ride foundations and themed structures. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Structural Design Engineer and Product Development Engineer at Steelox Systems Inc. from March 1986 to December 1990, focusing on metal building design and product development. Michael holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, obtained between 1980 and 1985.
