The Schaeffer family has been dedicated to the mission of providing families in New Jersey with quality built, affordably priced new homes for over 60 years.

A commitment to quality is in every one of our homes. Therefore, we continually re-work our architectural designs and materials. When a new technology is proven to have superior quality, lower cost, longer life and fewer warranty issues, we implement that technology and pass the cost savings along to you, our valued homeowners.
