Ana Enache

Ana Enache currently serves as the Project Manager for Employee Experience IT at Schaeffler since December 2025. Previously, Ana held various roles, including Online Manager at Asociatia de Tineret ECOU from October 2008 to October 2014 and Volunteer at PRIME Brașov between October 2011 and June 2013, where engagement in student-led projects occurred. From January 2013 to January 2014, Ana worked as a Public Relations specialist at Andrei Muresanu Theatre. Ana's experience at Continental from January 2014 to August 2021 included roles as an Internal and External Communication Specialist, contributing to employer branding and social media strategies. Most recently, Ana was a Workplace Marketing and Enduser Communications Specialist at Vitesco Technologies from August 2021 to December 2025.
