Andrei Delescu

Andrei Delescu is a skilled System Engineer with a diverse background in mechanical and systems engineering, beginning their career as a design mechanical engineer at Alten Delivery Center in 2018. Over the years, Andrei has gained expertise in product lifecycle management, requirements gathering, and negotiation while working at various companies, including Conex Distribution and Continental Automotive Romania. Currently, Andrei serves as the Team Leader and System/Software Requirements Manager at Schaeffler, where they oversee technical mentoring and project management. They hold a bachelor's degree in Automotive Propulsion Systems Engineering and a master's degree in Transportation Systems from Universitatea Tehnică „Gh. Asachi” din Iași.
