Benjamin Spanier

Benjamin Spanier is a seasoned professional in industrial engineering with a focus on production and assembly planning. At Schaeffler since June 2016, Benjamin has held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of Segment Track & Cam Rollers, Manager of Segment Shift Units, and Manager of Production Thrust Bearings, along with experience as a Trainee in Operations Production. Prior to Schaeffler, Benjamin completed a master's thesis on Assembly Planning & Production Systems at MAN Truck & Bus AG and worked as an Engineer in Process Planning Assembly at BMW India. Additional experience includes a bachelor's thesis at BMW Group and an internship at Daimler AG, where assembly planning for axles was the focus. Benjamin obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Lean Production from Offenburg University of Applied Sciences.
