Christopher Köth is currently the SVP Group Head of M&A and Strategic Projects at Schaeffler, where they lead various merger and acquisition initiatives. They previously held roles as Head of Deal Execution for the Vitesco acquisition, as well as Legal Counsel and Lead Counsel in M&A, Corporate, and Finance. Prior to joining Schaeffler, Christopher practiced law at Gleiss Lutz and CMS Deutschland, and served as an external counsel for Infineon Technologies. They also gained academic experience as a Scientific Assistant at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg and an Academic Visitor at the University of Oxford. Christopher completed their legal studies at Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg.
