Drew Hilty

Drew Hilty is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and automotive sectors. At Schaeffler, Drew has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Engineering Analysis and Manager of Engineering Analysis, as well as serving as Design Leader for Torque Converter Clutch. Prior experience includes positions as a Principal Analytical Engineer at Schaeffler, Structural Engineer at Crown Equipment Corporation, and Aeronautical Engineer II at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Additionally, Drew served as a Staff Sergeant in the Ohio Air National Guard. Drew's educational background includes a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University, complemented by studies at Ashland University.
