Gauri She/Her

Gauri has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the India Head of Talent Acquisition at Schaeffler, while also holding roles on the APAC DEI Council and POSH IC. Previously, Gauri worked as a Senior Talent Partner focusing on leadership hiring at Randstad India, and as an Executive Search Professional at Microcode Recruitment Services. Gauri's experience also includes an account management role in engineering at Hays and a position as a Senior Consultant at Executive Tracks Associates Pvt. Ltd. Gauri holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from Indus Business School, which was completed between 2003 and 2005.
