Gergő Kondas is currently the Head of Quality FF MHD at Schaeffler, where they are responsible for project management and the New Product Launch of the DCDC 48V Inverter/BSG Motor. Previously, Gergő served as a Project Manager and Technical Project Manager at Jász-Plasztik Ltd, managing automotive projects and process control from 2018 to 2023. Their career also includes experience as a Project Engineer at Jabil and as a Sector Organiser at Michelin, where they focused on production analysis and process development. Gergő holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Debreceni Egyetem, earned in 2014.
