Huilan Zhou

Huilan Zhou is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on thermal management solutions in the automotive industry. Huilan began a career at 舍弗勒 as a Senior Product Design Engineer for thermal management modules from May 2012 to June 2016, followed by a role as Manager of Product Development for ICE Coolant Valves until December 2020, managing a team of ten. Huilan also led the transition from ICE component development to BEV module development, hiring over 15 engineers while fostering team innovation and enhancing project execution capabilities. Additional early roles included Product Design Engineer positions for large size bearings and chain drive systems. Huilan holds a Bachelor's degree in Thermal Dynamic and Engineering from Wuhan University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
