Jan Sobotík

Jan Sobotík is currently the Head of FF Quality at Schaeffler and has a robust background in quality management within the automotive sector. They previously held positions such as Head of Quality Management at Katek Czech Republic s.r.o and Quality Manager for projects in launch at Continental, where they focused on quality targets, risk evaluation, and continuous process improvement. With experience in various quality roles, including Plant Quality Manager at MSA, a.s., Jan has developed expertise in ISO standards and quality assurance practices throughout their career. Jan is also pursuing a degree in Business Economics and Management at Vysoká škola báňská - Technická univerzita Ostrava.
