Jan Špička

Jan Špička is a professional with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Head of PMO. Previously, Jan held several key positions at Schaeffler, including Quality Assurance Lead and Launch Manager, as well as Project Manager roles at Continental and TE Connectivity. Jan further contributed as a Quality Manager at Ravensburger before transitioning to the operational excellence sector. Jan holds a degree in low-current electrical engineering from SPŠ Trutnov, completed in 2013.
