Katrin Thausing

Katrin Thausing currently serves as Vice President Employee IT at Schaeffler, leading an international team of over 20 employees across four locations and overseeing projects for the implementation and enhancement of collaboration and social intranet systems utilizing Jive, SharePoint, and Office 365 since November 2014. Prior to this role, Katrin worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager at IPI GmbH, where responsibilities included managing classic and agile projects in intranet, collaboration, and digital transformation, while providing strategic consulting and leading a team of four. Katrin launched a career at Vorwerk Gruppe as a trainee, focusing on the conceptualization and implementation of a SharePoint company portal. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Business and Management from FH Kufstein Tirol, along with an overseas study year at Hogeschool Zeeland and an international school year at Everett Area High School.
