Kent Brown has over two decades of experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as Plant Manager at Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Ltd. since 1999. With expertise in high precision bearings for the aerospace industry, Kent has held multiple key positions at Schaeffler Canada Automotive, including Logistics and Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Process Engineering Leader, overseeing critical operations such as supply chain management, production planning, and technical process engineering. Prior to Schaeffler, Kent worked at Ainsworth Technologies, focusing on industrial controls integration and design. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
