Mark Willis

Mark Willis has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving in Product Line Purchasing at Schaeffler since March 2012. Prior to this role, Mark founded DeArmon Motorsports and held several positions at Jacobsen, a Textron Company, focusing on process support and improvements across various fabrication areas. Mark's earlier career includes a significant tenure at Eaton Truck Components, where responsibilities ranged from managing production teams to participating in the International Development Program, resulting in process enhancements and increased efficiency. Mark's foundational experiences as a Manufacturing Engineer and Shop Supervisor further strengthened expertise in project management, CNC programming, and lean manufacturing concepts. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Pennsylvania College.
