Mathias Bogner

Mathias Bogner is the Head of Power Electronics Simulation at Schaeffler, leading a team of 35 simulation engineers across seven locations worldwide. With over 10 years of experience in the automotive supplier industry, Mathias has specialized in personnel management, research and development, and various aspects of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. Prior to their current role, Mathias held leadership positions at Vitesco Technologies and Continental, focusing on numerical simulation, material development, and advanced development projects. Mathias holds a Dr.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from the Technische Universität München, where they also served as a scientific employee.
