Pascal Herrmann

Pascal Herrmann is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and strategy, currently serving as Senior Vice President Business Development & Strategy at Schaeffler since December 2014 and as a member of the Executive Committee Industrial. Herrmann has held various senior leadership roles at Schaeffler, including Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy EMEA and Head of Strategic Program Management for Corporate Development & Strategy across EMEA and India. Prior to Schaeffler, Herrmann worked at Capgemini Consulting as a Manager and held roles in strategic sourcing, logistics planning, and operational and strategic logistics at LSG Sky Chefs, Daimler, and WITTENSTEIN group. Educational qualifications include a Diplom Kaufmann (M.Sc.) in Business Administration/ Management from the University of Mannheim, a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Hamburger Fern-Hochschule, and a semester abroad focusing on business ethics, marketing, and quality management at the University of South Australia.
