Robin Tyagi is a quality assurance professional with over 12 years of experience in various aspects of quality management, including in-process quality, customer complaint resolution, and compliance with quality management systems. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at Schaeffler, they lead the customer complaints and field failure process while conducting internal audits.
