Robson Santos

Robson Santos has extensive experience in the engineering field, primarily at Schaeffler where tenure began in April 2002 and continues to the present. Initially serving as a Machine Operator, Robson progressed to roles including Intern and Product Technician, developing testing procedures and validating products through detailed reporting. Currently, as a Return Part Analysis / Testing Engineer focused on Thermal Management, responsibilities include creating effective processes aligned with TS16949 standards and coordinating between testing and development teams. Robson holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade Anhanguera Pitágoras Votorantim and possesses significant technical education, including qualifications from Sorocaba Technological College and ETE Rubens de Faria e Souza.
