Roger Möbus

Roger Möbus serves as the Head of HR Germany and has held various significant HR leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Global HR BP Operations at Schaeffler and Global Head of Human Resources at Valeo Siemens eAutomotive from 2016 to 2019. Previously, they were involved in different capacities at Siemens, including Head of Personnel and Head of HR Consulting. Roger began their career in auditing at Wedit Deloitte & Touche and has a strong educational background with a Diplom-Kaufmann degree from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
