Simon Luo is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the automotive manufacturing sector. Currently serving as the Head of Operation at Viant Medical Suzhou since April 2021, Simon has established operational strategies to meet business needs and has effectively led plant operations focusing on key performance indicators such as EHS, OEE, and quality improvements. Prior to this, Simon held various roles including Sr Operation Manager at Schaeffler Taicang, where responsibility encompassed operational profitability and financial performance, and Operation WCM Manager at Magna Seating Kunshan, where Simon implemented manufacturing strategies and managed continuous improvement programs. Additional experience includes project management roles at TE Connectivity and Rosti Technical Plastics. Simon holds an MBA in Operation Management & Strategy and Business Administration from Soochow University and is PMP/PMI certified.
