Tao Chen is currently the Head of Business Unit at Schaeffler. Previously, they served as the Head of BU Hybrid Transmission and held various director roles focusing on product lines in Greater China from 2012 to 2018. Their earlier positions included Senior Manager of Product Development, where they were responsible for product strategy and development in double clutches and actuators. Tao is also pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering and both an MS and PhD in Automotive Engineering at Tsinghua University.
