Xiaonan Sun is currently the Director of Project Management in the Business Division E-Mobility at Schaeffler, a position held since 2019. Previously, from 2017 to 2024, they served as the Director of Project Management and System in the BU-Transmission Technology, and held the role of Senior Manager of Project Management in Transmission Technology. Earlier in their career, Xiaonan worked as an engineer at IAV China from 2008 to 2015 and as a system test engineer at Continental from 2007 to 2008. They are presently pursuing a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Technische Universität Berlin.
