Aadeep Nagdev is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations digitalization and IT, currently serving as the Head of Operations Digitalization & IT for Bearing and Industrial Solutions Europe at Schaeffler since November 2010. Aadeep has held various leadership roles in digitalization, project management, and benchmarking within the company, overseeing strategic projects and managing an extensive portfolio for the COO in Europe. Prior to this, Aadeep contributed to the automotive sector, implementing lean management principles, optimizing processes, and leading projects in both Europe and China. Aadeep's academic credentials include an MBA in International Business from EU Business School, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a BE in Electronics from Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidyalaya.
