Schaffner Machine Company is a full service contract manufacturing job shop. 

Services include CNC Swiss machining, CNC milling & drilling, and thread rolling. Turning capabilities allow for the machining of a wide range of precision turned parts: lead screws, shafts, pins, rods & precision tubing. We offer both thru-feed & in-feed thread rolling services on a wide range of thread types (UN threads, military, acme, metric, worm & knurls). 

Our capabilities allow for short run projects, production lights-out unmanned machining for longer runs, & custom prototype jobs. SMC is ISO 9000 compliant & MIL-Spec supplier serving Kaban & JIT customers.
