Brandon Steffek currently serves as AVP, Employee Benefits at Schauer Group, Inc., focusing on business insurance and risk management. Previously, Brandon held the position of Vice President, Business Development at Adept, where responsibilities included establishing a digital marketing services department and engaging mid to enterprise-sized brands. As Vice President of Marketing & Operations at Paramount Elite, I.C.S., Brandon oversaw all business functions and developed the company’s revenue-generating strategy. Earlier roles include Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales at Full House Solutions, where Brandon significantly expanded the customer base within sports and entertainment organizations. Additionally, Brandon gained experience as General Manager for Ohio University Hockey, managing various operational aspects of the team, and was a student-athlete on the nationally competitive program.
