The Schaumaplast Group is an international manufacturer of technical molded parts and thermal packaging made from particle foams such as EPS Styrofoam®, EPP and E-TPU. One of its areas of expertise is the use of new and sustainable materials.

The medium-sized family business was founded in 1964 and has its headquarters in Reilingen. Today, Schaumaplast operates production sites in Germany, Poland and the USA. There, moulded parts are manufactured in small, medium and large series for B2B customers in the automotive, construction, packaging and mechanical engineering sectors.

Under the THERMOCON brand, Schaumaplast operates its own business division for the development, production and qualification of passive thermal packaging for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical products.
