Mini Nair

Mini Nair is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Schbang Digital Solutions Private Limited since February 2015, Mini Nair specializes in talent acquisition, HR policies, performance management, and employee relations among other HR functions. Previously, Mini Nair worked as the Deputy Manager of HR at VIBGYOR High, overseeing 10 locations in the West Zone and streamlining HR operations. Additionally, Mini Nair held the position of HR Manager at Fouress Engineering Pvt Ltd from April 2005 to December 2008. Mini Nair holds a Post Graduation degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mumbai and a degree in Human Resources Management from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
