Kate Schultz is the Owner of Superior Talent Solutions, providing HR consulting services to optimize company assets. With previous experience as Director of Talent at Schechter, HR Director at The Curry Family of Companies, and HR Manager at Means Industries, Kate has a strong background in employee relations, benefit administration, and strategic planning. Kate also has experience in pension and retirement benefits administration at MidMichigan Health and project management at the State of Michigan. Kate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and Business Administration, a Lean Process Improvement Consultant certificate from Oakland University, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
