Alexander Poon

Alexander Poon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alexander is the co-founder and CEO of Schedulock, a front office SAAS platform for real estate brokerages and agents. At Schedulock, they successfully automated the booking/showing process, reducing office admin queues by 65% and answering service costs by up to 50%. Alexander also improved showing security and the seller/tenant experience through automation and authentication. Prior to founding Schedulock, Alexander worked as a Director at CPPI Group. Alexander also gained valuable experience at Facebook, where they worked as part of the Business Intelligence team. At Facebook, they provided data-driven insights and trends for market growth, developed analytical dashboards for real-time sales tracking, and contributed to long-term planning and optimizing business operations. Before that, Alexander worked at Research In Motion as a Business Continuity Management Coordinator and at CIBC as a Project Control Officer. Alexander began their career as a Technology Consultant at AIR Computer Services.

Alexander Poon attended the University of Waterloo from 2009 to 2014. Alexander earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Business ITM (Information Technology Management).
