Michael C. Smith is a partner at Scheef & Stone, LLP, specializing in complex commercial and patent litigation in federal court. With a notable record of appearing as counsel in over 900 civil cases in the Eastern District of Texas, Michael served as chairman of the Eastern District's Local Rules Advisory Committee from 2000 to 2009.
