Tom Kulik

Tom Kulik is a partner at Scheef & Stone, LLP, specializing in the intersection of technology, intellectual property (IP), and law. With extensive experience advising clients—from start-ups to global corporations—on the evaluation, acquisition, and protection of technology and associated IP rights, they navigate complex legal landscapes to enhance business value. Previously, Tom has held roles at notable firms, including Squire Patton Boggs LLP and Jenkens & Gilchrist, where they contributed to the establishment of significant IP practices. They also co-founded MythWorx, a pioneering artificial intelligence venture aimed at transforming defense and commercial operations. Tom earned a J.D. in Intellectual Property and Environmental Law from Pace University School of Law and an A.B. in Political Science with a concentration in Mathematics/Computer Science from Franklin & Marshall College.
