Aaron Richard has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Vendor Analyst and Assistant Store Leader for Scheels since October 2014. In this role, Aaron leads team meetings to identify sales growth opportunities, mentors associates, and manages various Specialty Shops, while also excelling in inventory management and merchandising. Noteworthy achievements include consistently ranking as a top Corporate-Wide Softlines Sales Associate and implementing successful scheduling strategies. Prior to Scheels, Aaron was actively involved at Minot State University, holding positions such as Student Body President and Student Recruiter, while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship.
