Ben Fleischacker

Ben Fleischacker has extensive experience in product development, sourcing, and retail management. Currently serving at Scheels since September 2018, Ben is responsible for product development and sourcing. As the owner of BIRDOGN Kennels and BIRDOGN Outfitters, Ben has developed expertise in training and guiding various hunting species. Prior experience includes roles at Cabela's as a Regional Assortment Manager for Hunting/Shooting, where Ben managed merchandising assortments and financial outcomes. Ben has also contributed to corporate training and development in previous positions at Viaero Wireless and Charter Communications. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography with a focus on Park Management, Recreation, and Natural Resources from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
